  • Led multiple ELT curriculum development projects to create over 25 original textbooks for both online and offline lessons including content for juniors (K-12), general English, business/ESP courses, and exam preparation.

Trusted as the key trainer and advisor for many major multi-national companies including top 3 companies in the Pharmaceutical, Electronics, Advertising and Food & Beverage industries.

  • Managed one direct report and supervised up to 40 contract trainers and external vendors. Responsible for all employee issues including recruitment, training, labor law compliance, discipline and termination.

  • Delivered over 10,000 hours of program content in courses ranging from 1 hour to 5 consecutive days to more than 1000 client personnel, from new employees to senior management.

  • Led change management initiatives through M&A by Berlitz/Benesse including organization-wide salary-reduction programs, achieving over 10% HR cost saving while increasing performance results.

  • Upgraded hiring, training and performance assessment programs through creation of corporate HR and governance policies.
